Burnout and relationship coaching for healthcare professionals

Light the way. Bloom again.

You care for
everyone.
Who is caring for you?

Coaching that recharges the heart of doctors, nurses, dentists and allied health professionals who are running on empty, so you get your energy, your relationships and your evenings back.

Melbourne-based · online across Australia · sessions that fit around your roster

Vietnamese heritage. Australian outlook. A welcome for every story.

A place to begin again

Restore your sense of space

Reconnect with what matters

Take a considered next step

A shallow Australian creek, with smooth stones and small rain ripples in the remaining pools.

Even a little rain changes the water.

Does this feel familiar?

Capable on the outside.
Running on empty within.

You know how to keep going. You show up, solve problems and look after everyone else. Yet the space for your own life keeps getting smaller.

  • The working day ends, but your mind stays on duty.
  • You have less patience or presence for the people you love.
  • Rest feels difficult, even when you finally have time.
  • Your kids are in their final years of school and you feel like you are missing it.
  • You tell patients to rest and look after themselves, and then don’t.
  • You used to love this work. Now you mostly get through it.

None of this means you are failing. It means your heart has been giving from an empty cup for a long time. There is a calmer way through, and you don’t have to work it out alone.

Meet your coach

I’ve worked where you work.

I’m Dang Tam. For close to 15 years I have worked in primary health care and aged care, so I know the long shifts, the weight of other people’s wellbeing, and how easy it is to put yourself last.

I have seen what that does to good people and their families, and I have lived some of it myself. That is why I became a coach: to help the people who care for everyone else tend to themselves, find their anchor, and move forward again.

For review: Dang to confirm his name as shown, his years in healthcare and this wording.

A gentler way forward

More than getting through.
More room for living.

Three steps, in the order a tired heart needs them: tend to yourself first, anchor what matters, then move forward with confidence and calm.

01 / Make space

Tend.

Tend to your inner self. You spend all day pouring out for others, often from an empty cup. We learn to be kind to yourself, understand how you connect with the people you love, and fill your own cup first.

A small wooden boat rests securely on calm water in soft morning light.
02 / Find your ground

Anchor.

Anchor your boat. When life feels like rough water you need something steady to hold you: your values, your people, and simple anchoring techniques for a hard moment at work or at home.

An inviting coastal path winds through Australian greenery towards open water.
03 / Choose a next step

Move.

Move forward with confidence and calm. With your cup full and your feet steady, we build practical strategies for the next step at work, at home or in the next chapter of your career.
